Richard W. Kendall

     Richard W. Kendall earned his J.D. Degree from the Massachusetts School of Law. Mr. Kendall soon joined a multi-state law firm working out of the Boston office. He assisted in a case in Wisconsin, one in the New York Supreme Court, recently litigated one in Vermont, and presented one before the New Jersey Youth and Family Court in April of 2009. In a short amount of time and after much success, Attorney Kendall became the lead civil litigation attorney. 
    
     Mr. Kendall believed that in starting his own practice, he could be more effective in helping people deal with a variety of legal issues. Attorney Kendall founded Law Offices of Richard W. Kendall, L.L.C. Since then, Attorney Kendall has represented numerous high-profile clients in State and Federal Courts. The Law Offices of Richard W. Kendall, L.L.C. has allowed Mr. Kendall to fully realize his passion for helping people at all levels of litigation and protection.

     Attorney Kendall is active in a number of professional organizations including the Boston Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association, the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, and a member of the Benevolent & Protective Order of Elks. Richard treats every client with respect and integrity.
