Richard W. Kendall


Attorney Richard W. Kendall earned his J.D. Degree from the Massachusetts School of Law. Attorney Kendall soon joined a multi-state law firm working out of the Boston office. In a short amount of time and after much success, Attorney Kendall became the lead civil litigation attorney. He assisted in a case in Wisconsin, one in the New York Supreme Court, litigated one in Vermont, and presented one before the New Jersey Youth and Family Court in April of 2009.


Attorney Kendall believed that in starting his own practice, he could be more effective in helping people deal with a variety of legal issues. Attorney Kendall founded Law Offices of Richard W. Kendall. Since then, Attorney Kendall has represented numerous clients in State and Federal Courts. The Law Offices of Richard W. Kendall. has allowed Attorney Kendall to fully realize his passion for helping people at all levels of litigation and protection.


Attorney Kendall is active in a number of professional organizations including the Boston Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association, American Bar Association, The American Association For Justice, the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, and a member of the Benevolent & Protective Order of Elks. Attorney Kendall treats every client with respect and integrity.
